What you get

One monthly fee, six things you stop thinking about.

Scenting a business is not about buying a machine. It is about who refills, services and replaces it — every month, for as long as the contract runs.

The machine

Eleven models for 15 to 3,000 m²: desktop, floor-standing, battery-powered, and HVAC units connected to the central air. Chosen from the survey, not from the catalogue.

The installation

Our technicians install and calibrate: intensity by the hour and by the day, following your busy hours. About a week from survey to first scent.

The fragrance oil

Scheduled refills are included. More than a hundred fragrances in three series, 100% natural and alcohol-free, certified and registered.

The servicing

Scheduled servicing and a replacement unit if anything fails, for the length of the rental, at no extra cost.

The trial

For areas of 200 m² and above the machine goes in first and runs free for 7 days. For smaller rooms, the survey and fragrance consultation are free.

The paperwork

Copies of the oil's registrations, certifications and test reports are available on request — for your procurement and HSE teams.

01  ·  The checklist

Ask these before you sign anything.

  1. Are the oils registered and certified — and can copies be sent over?
  2. What is in the oil: no alcohol, no water, no heating? Residue on marble and fabric starts here.
  3. Is the machine sized to the volume of air in your room, or to what is in stock?
  4. How many decibels in a work room or a bedroom? Under 35 dB cannot be heard.
  5. What does the monthly fee include: refills, servicing, a replacement unit?
  6. Can it be tried in your own room first, not in a showroom?
  7. Who are their clients in your sector — and can they be contacted?
  8. Are the scents their own formulations, or OEM oils from the machine factory? OEM oils are shared by many vendors at once — only the names differ.

02  ·  Why Shizen

A Japanese brand, blended for rooms in Indonesia.

Shizen is the commercial-space brand of Botanica Fragrance Japan. Its fragrance oils are formulated in Japan, 100% natural and alcohol-free, in three series: inspired by five-star hotels, inspired by fine perfumery, and Botanica's own Luxury Aroma line.

Many scenting machines on the market run on OEM fragrance oils from the same factories, so the scents offered by different vendors are often alike — only the names change. Shizen's fragrance oils are formulated by Botanica Fragrance in Japan and exclusive to Shizen, including the Luxury Aroma series, which is hard to copy and expensive to produce commercially at a competitive price; that is why they are rarely found with other vendors.

In Indonesia the system already runs in more than a hundred venues — hotels and residences, restaurants and lounges, clinics and showrooms, offices and government institutions. The names are below; a reference in your sector can be arranged.

How it works

From survey to first scent: about a week.

From the first WhatsApp message to the first scent in your space: about a week. No capital outlay — machine, installation, oil, servicing and unit replacement are included in the monthly rental.

Survey

We measure area and volume, look at foot traffic and the air conditioning, then work out how many points you need.

Scent trial

You smell the shortlist in your own space, not in a showroom. A fragrance changes character with the materials and the temperature of a room.

Installation

The unit goes in and gets a schedule — intensity by hour and by day, matched to your busy periods.

Servicing

We come back on a cycle to refill and service. A failed unit is replaced for the life of the rental.

What does Shizen's rental fee include?

The machine, installation, fragrance oil refills, scheduled servicing, and a replacement unit if anything fails. You pay one figure a month, from Rp 597,000; the term is twelve months; there is no purchase price for the machine.

How often is the oil refilled?

On a schedule set by how the space is used, not a fixed number — we plan the visits and make them. What you notice is that the scent never runs out.

Can we change the fragrance mid-contract?

Yes. The fragrance is chosen together at the survey and can be changed at the next refill visit.

What if the machine breaks down?

It is replaced during the rental at no extra cost. That is part of the plan, not a separate service.

Do you serve outside Jakarta?

Yes. We are based in Tangerang and serve Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali and other major cities; outside Greater Jakarta the survey and installation are scheduled together.

Do you rent by the day for events?

Yes. For exhibitions, product launches, weddings and corporate events, including delivery, set-up and collection.
